I really did absolutely love this. Like, no lie, this is amazing, though tags, especially for bad endings may be something you wanna try. I really, REALLY do love this story. You don't linger on anything too long, nothing breaks up the flow, but inflation and fatal popping with consequence don't entail one another. I read this with the impression of non-lethal popping. With most these stories, people will have "bad ending, fatal popping" or something of the sort. I for one love popping, though also don't like lethal, or at least consequential popping. It's not exactly "hard core", at least here, but it's definitely something even a fair deal of people who enjoy inflation may find disturbing or the sort, especially without proper warning. My only advice is to either put in the title, beginning or tags "bad ending", or write an alternative good ending.

Of course, this is only a suggestion. You probably prefer lethal popping like this considering you wrote it and there's nothing wrong with that! Just consider prompting readers to the potentially disturbing content. Like I said this was a GREAT story, and even with it, I can't deny you wrote the ending well. My personal preference doesn't mean you did this wrong. Just suggesting a warning, really. It tears me apart because I love everything leading up SO much, and last few lines my heart is crying c:>
